Awareness report: Handed out yard signs and bumber stickers at Hillsboro Car and Motorcycle show. Starting to see more road construction signs warning motorcyclist of grooved roads

Product report: Still have Awareness shirts, District 9 shirts, tags, and memory patches. Discussed ordering more bumper stickers. In memory patches made for Rick’s family made. Motion 919-007/919-008 for patches discussed, made, seconded and approved.

Old business: Motion #919-006 was discussed. Further discussion on hand made item. Discussion on Rolling thunder and Thunder on the Beltway confusion.

New Business: Discussion about next months meeting to be moved due to flooding issues. Will be moved to West shelter area, west of main office at Marion County Lake. Start thinking about nominations for Asst Rep and Treasurer. Nominations so far Ron Davis for Asst Rep and Brenda Davis for Treasurer.

     Old business: No Bike show, but decided to turn into appreciation party/imprompt to bike show for DIst 9 members only at Lindsborg.

     State News:  Discussions on LDR entry fees for next year. Planning on internal lobbyist for the coming year. Biker Under the Dome date TBA later. Discussion on copy machine for newsletter. Short handed of volunteers at LDR.

     Product report: Still have Awareness shirts, District 9 shirts, tags, and memory patches.

Old business: Tickets for knife all sold and drawing done.

New Business: Patches being ordered for Richard “Stubbs”. Results of district vote are as follows; Asst. Dist Rep-Ron Davis, Treasurer-Brenda Davis. Ron Vawter, District Rep, is now Sgt of Arms at state. Ron V is stepping down as District Rep, Appointing Ron Davis as District Rep to finish term. Appointing Earl Unruh as Asst. District Rep. The December meeting will be setting meeting places and events for the year. Please come to meeting to help set calendar or share concerns.

Old business: Marion Co toy run had 89 bikes, 23 cars and raised $16,000.

New Business: Myrna collected for Angle Tree. Motion 919-013 for district to donate to Angle Tree, made, seconded and approved. Calendar set for meetings in 2020.
